How long do I have to wait for a technician?

We guarantee to attend to all service calls by the next business day, however most calls are attended to within 8 business hours.

What if parts are required?

Our technicians carry an extensive supply of spare parts and complete 90% of calls on the first visit.

How much does a callout cost?

A flat call out fee of $110.00 inc GST apply to all calls. This flat fee includes travel and labour costs. Spare parts are additional.

What brand of printer do you repair?

We repair an extensive range of brands including HP, Canon, Kyocera, Fuji Xerox, Samsung, OKI, Brother, Konica Minolta and Lexmark. If you have a printer of a different brand please give our friendly staff a call to enquire about our ability to help.

What guarantees do you offer?

We offer 3 months guarantee on all labour and 12 months guarantee on parts.
